Would you like to represent an innovative brand with global projection? **At Primer Impacto, we are seeking a Market Manager to join a high-impact route!** ### **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?** Your mission will be clear: **enhance brand recognition and drive sales growth like never before**. How will you achieve it? Through a dynamic mix of strategic and operational responsibilities, including: #### **Training and Development** You will lead store team training sessions. You will measure the impact of your training using tools such as knowledge tests. You will act as a learning ambassador: log in and track RSA progress in Academy! #### **Point-of-Sale Management** You will improve in-store brand visibility (displays, secondary spaces, PLV materials). You will negotiate directly with stores to optimize space and identify opportunities. You will supervise stock levels, fixtures, and sales performance across your route. #### **Promotions and Activations** You will support the promoter team and provide continuous follow-up. You will coordinate promotional events and special training sessions for operators. ### **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** Previous experience in retail, trade marketing, or similar roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Autonomy, organizational ability, and analytical capacity. Familiarity with the digital environment and reporting tools. Passion for the brand, its products, and direct interaction with the point of sale. ### **WORK LOCATION:** **Route: Euskadi (80%), Navarra/La Rioja/Cantabria (10%) & Galicia/Castilla y León/Asturias (10%)** ### **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Stable contract and ongoing training.
