Job Summary: We are seeking a German instructor to deliver in-person language training and foreign-language tourism assistance, including preparation and follow-up of students. Key Highlights: 1. German language instruction at A.2 level and foreign-language tourism assistance. 2. Preparation and delivery of sessions and supplementary materials. 3. Administration and correction of assessment tests and student progress monitoring. We are looking for a German instructor to deliver the following courses: German A.2.A.; German A.2.B.; and Foreign-Language Tourism Information and Assistance (German). In-person modality; immediate incorporation. \- Preparation and delivery of sessions \- Preparation of supplementary materials for students \- Preparation, administration, and correction of official-format assessment tests \- Student progress monitoring throughout the training. REQUIREMENTS: 6\.1 Required Qualification: Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications: Degree in German Philology or Translation and Interpretation (German language), or an officially recognized equivalent undergraduate degree in Higher Education. (RECOGNIZED IF APPLICABLE) Any other officially recognized Higher Education degree, accompanied by the following complementary training: Official certificate or diploma attesting to German language proficiency at C1 or C2 level (CEFR). Officially recognized Higher Education degree with German language as the main subject, where applicable, with corresponding recognition. 6\.2 Required Professional Experience: At least one year of teaching experience in German language instruction. 6\.3 Teaching Competence: Candidates must meet at least one of the following requirements to demonstrate pedagogical and didactic training: a) Hold an officially recognized university degree in Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, or a Bachelor’s/Diploma in Primary Education (any specialization); or a university degree in Psychology or Pedagogy; or an officially recognized postgraduate degree in these fields. b) Hold an officially recognized university degree different from those listed above, plus the Pedagogical Aptitude Certificate or professional titles in Didactic Specialization and the Pedagogical Qualification Certificate. c) Hold the official Master’s Degree qualifying for regulated professions as Secondary School Teacher (Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate), Vocational Training Instructor, or Language School Instructor; or demonstrate completion of training equivalent to the required pedagogical and didactic training for individuals holding degrees declared equivalent for teaching purposes but unable to pursue the Master’s program, as established in the First Additional Provision of Royal Decree 1834/2008, dated November 8, which defines the training conditions for teaching in compulsory secondary education, baccalaureate, vocational training, and special-regime education, and establishes the specialties of secondary education teaching staff. d) Diploma or certificate certifying qualification to teach German as a foreign language, including DaZ/DaF (Deutsch als Zweitsprache/Fremdsprache) and equivalents, provided such certificates are issued by internationally recognized institutions, e.g., the Goethe-Institut. e) Demonstrate verified teaching experience of at least 600 hours over the past ten years in German language instruction. f) Professional Certification for Vocational Training Instruction or Occupational Trainer Professional Certification. * Experience: 1 year.
