Job Summary: We are seeking an instructor to deliver German B1 classes in a virtual classroom format, including lesson preparation, assignment correction, and attendance monitoring. Attendance management and reporting of incidents BeFind, a Personnel Selection Consulting firm, is currently searching for an instructor for **VIRTUAL CLASSROOM** delivery of the **GERMAN B1** training program, delivered in **VIRTUAL CLASSROOM** mode for a company in the education and training sector. Main responsibilities: * Delivery of classes via Zoom * Preparation of lessons using tools and content provided by the company * Correction of assignments submitted by students * Daily attendance tracking of students * Reporting any incidents to team supervisors What qualifications do you need? * One of the following degrees: Bachelor’s degree in German Philology or Translation and Interpretation (German language), or an officially recognized higher education degree equivalent thereto. * Any other officially recognized higher education degree, accompanied by the following complementary training: Official certificate or diploma attesting to German language proficiency at C1 or C2 level (CEFR). * Official higher education degree completed entirely in German, with corresponding official recognition, where applicable. * If no specific qualification related to the subject area of training is held, at least one year of professional experience in this field is required. * Professional certification in Vocational Training Teaching for Employment (or equivalent), OR training in adult teaching methodology (minimum 300 hours), OR documented teaching experience exceeding 300 hours, OR university degrees in Psychology / Pedagogy / Psychopedagogy, Master’s Degree in Trainer Training, or other officially recognized equivalent certifications. * Proficiency in various platforms: Moodle, Zoom, and CRM.
