Job Summary: We are seeking a nurse for a residential care center to promote health, provide comprehensive care, and monitor the medical conditions of users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive health care for residents 2. Development and monitoring of nursing care plans 3. Medication management and healthcare coordination A residential and day center for elderly people located in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat is looking to hire a person holding a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, or an equivalent recognized qualification, to fill a full-time position. \- Promote health and disease prevention among users. \- Assess users upon admission and develop their Nursing Care Plan. \- Prepare, distribute, administer, and monitor prescribed medications and treatments. \- In case a user's health condition deteriorates and no physician is present at the residential center, appropriate emergency healthcare measures must be taken in accordance with the center's established protocols. \- Identify and provide comfort care, assistance, and appropriate information to users, their families, and others involved during end-of-life processes. \- Ensure internal communication across shifts and document essential information in writing to guarantee continuity of care. \- Monitor and track users' outings for medical appointments (outpatient consultations and hospital visits), coordinating with other team members. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience is not mandatory but will be positively considered. * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing * Diploma in Nursing * Catalan (spoken and written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken and written: advanced) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2600' to '2630' * Additional details: Full-time schedule (38 hours/week) with the following working hours: • Monday\-Wednesday\-Friday: 8:30 AM\-2:00 PM and 3:30 PM\-7:00 PM • Thursday: 8:00 AM\-2:00 PM • Saturday and Sunday (every other week): 5 hours per day on-site (flexible) • One on-call shift every two weeks (remote, non-on-site) Annual gross salary of 35\.165€ paid in 14 installments.
