Continuous evaluation and improvement of activities Join the team of Environmental Educators and become part of an educational program aimed at encouraging fruit and vegetable consumption among primary school children, so they learn healthy, sustainable, and environmentally responsible eating habits from an early age. What will be your duties and responsibilities? • Workshop Design and Delivery: Facilitate and deliver educational/recreational workshops and activities, ensuring their quality, appeal, and alignment with established objectives. • Activity Evaluation and Analysis: Systematically evaluate implemented activities, analyzing results and impact to propose continuous improvements. • Resource and Logistics Management: Monitor and manage inventory of materials and resources required for optimal activity implementation. • Communication and Incident Resolution: Manage communication with participants/other departments and effectively and promptly resolve any incidents or issues arising during activity execution. • Internal Coordination: Actively attend periodic internal coordination meetings. * Experience: 1 year. Prior experience delivering workshops or educational activities—especially with school-age audiences or similar tasks—is valued. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Competencies / Knowledge: • A degree and/or master’s in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Science and Technology, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Social Work or Education, Teaching, or related fields is valued. • Holding a Leisure Activities Monitor qualification is mandatory. • Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. • A negative criminal record certificate for sexual offenses must be provided. • A valid driver’s license (category B1) and personal vehicle are required to carry out necessary travel. • Residence in Lleida or surrounding areas is required. • Dynamism and proactivity. • Autonomy and responsibility. • Emotional intelligence and assertiveness. • Teamwork and cooperation. • Flexibility and adaptability to change. • Proactivity and personal empowerment. • Interest and motivation for learning and disseminating content. • Critical thinking and scientific rigor. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (27 hours per week) * Additional relevant information: • Where will you work? Your work location will be itinerant across Lleida. • What type of contract do we offer? Fixed-term discontinuous contract. • Salary: €22,677.79 gross annual salary for full-time (pro-rata calculation based on part-time hours). • What will your schedule be? o You will join the team from March 30, 2026, to June 1, 2026. o Part-time schedule of 27.5 weekly hours, distributed Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (with occasional afternoon activities).
