Join our team of **Environmental Educators**, and become part of the **Maresme Integrated Waste Valorisation Centre**, a leading facility in waste management. Under the motto **“Recycling and Energy”**, it is a **European reference centre**, both in waste treatment and energy generation.* **Where will you work?** Maresme Integrated Waste Valorisation Centre (Carrer de la Teixidora, 83, 08302 Mataró (Barcelona)). * **What type of contract do we offer?** Fixed-term discontinuous contract. * **Salary:** €21,805.57 gross per year. * **What will your working hours and schedule be?** Immediate start until 22 June 2026. * You will work part-time (12 hours) Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 13:30, subject to variation depending on visits. Occasionally, you will also work weekday afternoons and weekends. ### **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** Once you join our Education team, within the **Environmental Education area**, your challenges and responsibilities will be the following: * Raise awareness and **educate visitors** about environmental issues related to waste and the importance of proper waste management and its impact on the environment. * Facilitate **tours and workshops** for different audiences, primarily school groups (primary, lower secondary, upper secondary, and vocational training). * Ensure the **welcome and farewell** of your **group**. * Distribute **evaluation questionnaires** to the group and assess the activities delivered. * Provide support in **report drafting**. * Report and manage incidents. * Attend **internal coordination meetings**.
