Job Summary: We are looking for a nurse to provide accompaniment and support to elderly residents in residential and day centers, conducting nursing assessments and managing care plans. Ongoing training for staff and families **Would you like to work at Fundació LaFACT Factoria Social de Terrassa Gent Gran?** We are seeking a nurse to join our residential and day center services to provide accompaniment and support to residents and users of the Day Center for elderly people. **What will you do with us?** \- Conduct nursing care assessments. \- Incorporate relevant guidelines and progress updates into the resident’s Individualized Care Plan (PIAIP). \- Validate and manage the care, nutritional, and pharmacological plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team. \- Update the resident’s medical record with their progress. \- Respond to family inquiries and provide moral and psychological support to residents and their families. \- Design and deliver training for hired staff and trainees, as well as for service users and their families. \- Ensure, together with the quality team, compliance with current regulations. \- Monitor hospitalized residents. \- Collaborate on research studies related to the field to improve the Foundation’s care model. **What will make you stand out in this role?** \- Official university degree in Nursing is mandatory. \- Minimum practical experience during training. \- Experience in elderly care will be valued. **What can we offer you?** \- Permanent employment contract. \- Working hours: 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, plus one weekend shift every four weeks (Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM). \- Start date to be determined according to the candidate. \- Annual gross salary: €29,300 (14 payments). **Requirements** \- Residence in Vallès Occidental. \- Valid driving license category B. \- Good spoken and written proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. *At LaFact Social de Terrassa, we believe diversity is one of our fundamental pillars and promote an inclusive workplace based on cooperation and mutual respect.
