A nursing position is available at a residential care facility. Our care model focuses on promoting users' autonomy. Within this context, the nurse plays a fundamental role in assessing and planning care to mitigate users' functional and cognitive dependency. Case management and interdisciplinary intervention are included among nursing responsibilities, which—alongside other professionals—will be applied to deliver comprehensive user care. Additionally, the nurse performs nursing-specific procedures, including laboratory test monitoring, wound care for pressure ulcers and other injuries, and clinical follow-up within the geriatric field, enabling nursing professionals to gain experience across a wide range of pathological conditions. All of this is conducted from a preventive perspective and with continuous care in mind—from the onset of health decompensation through to resolution—with the residential facility's nurse actively participating in and witnessing both phases. To this end, we seek a nursing professional with a strong interest in holistic care and ambition to develop a career in geriatrics. Prior experience in the sector is valued but not mandatory. Position type: Full-time, Permanent contract Education: * Nursing Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) Experience: * Nursing: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Professional registration (Preferred) Work location: Onsite employment
