Job Summary: Nurse responsible for direct patient care in accordance with the care plan, documenting the clinical history, and managing emergencies while maintaining professionalism and collaborating as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct patient care and nursing care plan follow-up. 2. Emergency and critical situation management. 3. Promotion of a professional environment and interdepartmental collaboration. * Assume responsibility for direct patient care according to the **nursing care plan** for assigned patients, ensuring their safety throughout the care process. * Perform appropriate **documentation in the patient's clinical history.** * Remain **alert to emergencies and critical situations**, capable of responding correctly under such circumstances. * Demonstrate consistency and interest in **patient monitoring and management**, informing patients about the procedures to be followed in their care and any other required matters, respecting standards for excellent-quality care. * Respect and maintain an **appropriate relationship with patients and their families**, collaborating in promoting and sustaining a professional and respectful environment. Also providing **information and education**, appropriately tailored to their needs. * Promote **effective interdepartmental working relationships** and function efficiently as a team member to facilitate achievement of departmental goals and objectives. Previous Experience Nursing Diploma/Degree Specialized training in Emergency Care is desirable
