Validate care plans in an interdisciplinary team Conduct nursing care assessments upon resident admission and perform scheduled periodic assessments. \- Prepare and administer medications to residents according to physician prescriptions. \- Perform wound care and monitor treatments. \- Validate care, wound care, nutritional, and pharmacological plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. \- Update resident records with their clinical progress.
