Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Installation Engineer to participate in the development and review of electrical solutions, supervision of services, control of testing, and work scheduling—ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Opportunities for professional development and growth. **Why do we need you?** As an Electrical Installation Engineer, you will participate in: Developing and reviewing electrical specifications and solutions for factory expansion and improvement projects. Participating in tendering, negotiation, awarding, and subsequent control and supervision of electrical installation services. Controlling Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), commissioning, and post-commissioning monitoring of electrical components in new factory installations. Complying with general Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage standards, as well as participating in the Company’s safety and prevention initiatives—which constitute a top priority in all employees’ shared objectives. Complying with environmental and energy-related regulations. Implementing and complying with the Plant’s World Class Manufacturing continuous improvement methodology. ✅ Complying with quality policy-related regulations and actively participating in the Company’s quality initiatives—which constitute a top priority in all employees’ shared objectives. Defining the Plant’s electrical standards. * Ensuring compliance with electrical safety, installation, and technical standards. ️ Scheduling and coordinating electrical work, both for subcontractors and in-house personnel. Participating in maintaining electrical documentation: manuals, electrical schematics, motor lists, etc. Participating in maintaining stock of essential electrical components required for proper factory operation. Managing suppliers and purchasing electrical equipment. **Is this role right for you?** This opportunity is ideal if you have: * Technical or university-level engineering degree specializing in electricity. * Knowledge of ePlan or AutoCAD. * 3\-5 years of experience in low- and medium-voltage electrical installations. * Familiarity with automation systems is desirable. * English language proficiency for written documentation or site visits (B1\). * Competencies: + Leadership. + Orientation toward external and/or internal customers. + Initiative. + Change management. + Teamwork.
