Your responsibilities will include: * Facilitating first aid and self-protection educational activities targeted at students in the second cycle of primary education and secondary education. * Facilitating educational activities for adults to learn basic life support and identify risky situations. * Collecting contact details of group/class tutors to facilitate their access to the Spanish Red Cross Virtual Campus, where they will find complementary activities. * Administering evaluation questionnaires for educational activities and submitting weekly administrative documentation related to each training session to the project reference person. * Collaborating as part of a team with volunteers assigned to the project. What we offer: * Start date: Immediate * Contract type: Permanent – intermittent (until 19/06/2026) * Working hours and schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (mornings and/or afternoons), and Saturday mornings * Workplace: Educational and/or civic centres across the province of Barcelona. * Professional group and applicable collective agreement: Group 3, Level 4, under the Spanish Red Cross Barcelona’s own collective agreement. Remuneration: €23,100.24 gross/year for full-time (100%). * Number of vacancies: 1 **Profile:** The requirements for this position are: * Certified lifeguard qualification and/or SVB+DEA instructor certification issued by the Catalan Resuscitation Council (CCR) or the Spanish Society of Intensive, Critical Care and Coronary Units (SEMiCYUC). • Higher Vocational Training Cycle or equivalent • Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written, is mandatory. * Valid type B driving licence * Availability to travel throughout the entire province of Barcelona and to reach the training venues. * Technical and transversal competencies: capacity for continuous learning, flexibility and tolerance, communication skills, and experience working with adolescent groups. * Orientation towards vulnerability.
