




Position Summary: Develops socio-labor insertion and emancipation pathways for young people formerly under guardianship, accompanying their autonomy process. Key Points: 1. Accompaniment in the process of young people’s autonomy. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- * Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education. * Experience working with young people formerly under guardianship by the Minor Protection System is desirable. * Proficiency in educational intervention strategies with young people and their emancipation process. * Certificate of absence of sexual offenses. * High motivation for educational work with young people. * Strong capacity for learning. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Desired Requirements:** ------------------------ * Personal and professional competencies such as honesty, loyalty, motivation, commitment, enthusiasm, and ability to work in a team will be valued. * Experience working with young people formerly under guardianship is desirable. * Experience in educational settings is desirable. * Perseverance and tenacity.
