Country Spain Province Barcelona \- Barcelona Application Deadline 09/06/2026 Category Direct Care **NGO Information** SURT, Women for Labor Reintegration **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** Response Rate: 100.00% **info** **Objective** ------------ * Accompaniment of women residing in the Foundation's inclusion apartments during empowerment processes aimed at fostering their autonomy and transition out of temporary housing. * Individual follow-up: reception, psychosocial assessment, definition and monitoring of the individual action plan. * Support for resident women in their job search and in securing permanent housing. * Ensuring compliance with cohabitation rules in the apartment and facilitating residents' assemblies. * Management of incidents occurring in the housing unit. * Planning, organizing, and facilitating group workshops related to parenting and positive motherhood, as well as family leisure activities. * Network-based collaboration with local resources and promotion of women’s participation in community spaces. * Recording implementation and follow-up activities, and preparing reports and documents related to this program area. **Profile:** * Degree in Social Education, Pedagogy, or Social Work. * Prior experience in labor insertion pathway programs for individuals at risk of social exclusion is desirable. * Experience in the tasks described and with the target population. **Competencies:** Initiative and Autonomy, Organization and Planning, Teamwork **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** From 6 months to 1 year **Salary:** Between 12\.000 and 18\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 16/03/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 30
