Position Summary: We are seeking staff to accompany children, girls, and adolescents throughout their educational process and ensure their well-being, promoting their autonomy within a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct accompaniment of children, girls, and adolescents 2. Promotes autonomy and well-being in a safe environment 3. Support for foreign minors in integration and regularization In Berrioplano, we are seeking staff to perform direct care tasks with children, girls, and adolescents. The work involves accompanying them in their daily educational process, always collaborating with the rest of the team, and guaranteeing their well-being both inside and outside the center. It is essential to record follow-up for each case and maintain smooth communication between shifts to ensure consistent care. Our objective is to provide a safe environment where each young person feels valued and supported. Staff are expected to serve as an emotional reference and role model regarding behavior and social skills, consistently promoting their autonomy. Additionally, support will be provided to foreign minors in integration, language acquisition, and regularization, including participation in judicial proceedings when necessary. The contract is full-time and temporary, lasting until the end of 2026\. Work is carried out on rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights. **Professional Experience:** 1 to 3 years of experience **Education:** University degree in Social Education or Social Work.
