CRM Strategy and Campaign Execution** * Participate in defining the CRM strategy for over 20 markets. * Implement email marketing, app notification, and SMS campaigns. * Create, test, and schedule multichannel journeys. * Verify content, links, audiences, and sending rules prior to each activation. **2. Audience Segmentation and Management** * Support customer segmentation based on purchase behavior, frequency, average order value, and lifecycle stage. * Update and maintain dynamic lists and automated audiences. * Collaborate in identifying personalization opportunities (offers, messages, timing). **3. Automations and Customer Journey** * Assist in implementing and maintaining automated workflows. * Monitor proper functioning of automations and report incidents. **4. Analysis and Reporting** * Track CRM KPIs: open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue per campaign, purchase frequency, etc. * Prepare monthly performance reports for campaigns, automated flows, cohorts, and databases. * Identify improvement opportunities based on results analysis. **5. Continuous Optimization** * Collaborate on A/B testing (subject lines, creatives, timing, audiences). * Propose data‑driven and best‑practice‑based improvements to campaigns and automations. * Support optimization initiatives aimed at improving conversion and efficiency. **6. Coordination with Other Teams** * Work jointly with other teams to ensure communication consistency. * Align CRM campaigns with commercial activities, promotions, and product launches. **7. Data Management and Information Quality** * Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and correct segmentation. * Collaborate in maintaining database quality (opt‑ins, duplicates, key fields). Support documentation of team processes and learnings. * **What makes you special for this position?*** Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, CRM, and B2C e‑commerce. * Strong expertise in CRM, customer journey, and lifecycle marketing. * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools. * Data analysis and marketing KPI expertise. * Analytical mindset, data orientation, and attention to detail. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn.
