Position Summary: We are seeking a bakery and pastry instructor to deliver technical and practical knowledge of the trade. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teaching bakery and pastry skills in a prison environment 2. Transmitting technical and practical knowledge of the trade 3. Guiding the learning of fundamental tasks We are looking for a person to deliver training on basic bakery and pastry operations at the Valdemoro Penitentiary Center. The role involves transmitting technical and practical knowledge of the trade to students, guiding them in learning these fundamental tasks. For this temporary contract position, candidates must hold the Occupational Training Professional Certificate or an equivalent qualification in didactic methodology for vocational training. The ability to adapt course content to the specific needs of students and the environment will be valued. The training has a total duration of 385 hours. Working hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 13:30, plus Monday to Thursday afternoons from 16:00 to 19:00\. The hourly wage is 25.62 euros.
