At Kumon Madrid Aluche, we are looking for a committed and enthusiastic **Teaching Assistant** to join our team and support the academic development of our students. Position details * **Working hours:** 10 hours per week * **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM * **Contract type:** Part-time * **Start date:** Immediate * **Salary:** As per collective agreement You will work directly with students of various ages and levels to facilitate their learning using the Kumon method. Your responsibilities will include supervising students’ individual work, correcting exercises on the spot, guiding students without giving them direct answers, maintaining a focused and motivating study environment, and recording each student’s daily progress. We are seeking a candidate with strong academic background (minimum high school diploma; university studies in education, psychology, or related fields are valued), solid mathematical skills and at least intermediate-level English proficiency, patience and the ability to motivate children and teenagers, clear and effective communication skills, and a passion for education and child development.
