If you want to grow in a stable and purpose-driven professional environment, this opportunity is for you. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Drafting and development of projects: preliminary, basic, and execution phases for protected and price-capped housing developments. * Preparation of drawings, modeling, technical documentation, as well as support in **drafting tasks** and detailed drawing preparation. * Conducting **urban planning studies** and regulatory analysis for permits and administrative procedures. * Coordination with internal technical teams and external consultants. * Liaising with municipal technical staff for processing applications and consultations. * Supporting customization and housing variations according to client needs. * **Site visits** for technical monitoring, quality inspections, and coordination with the execution team. * Participation in schedule control and compliance with project standards. Requirements * Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or related field. * **Junior profile**—extensive experience is not essential; prior experience in residential projects, drafting, or urban studies will be valued. * Proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). * Knowledge of urban planning and building regulations. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. * **Professional association membership is valued**, though not required. * Availability to travel across Mallorca according to project needs and site visits.
