Position Summary: We are seeking an instructor to deliver virtual training in silviculture, aromatic and medicinal plants, including lesson preparation, assignment grading, and attendance monitoring. Reporting incidents to the team BeFind, a Personnel Selection Consulting firm, is currently recruiting an instructor to deliver the training program on Silviculture and Aromatic and Medicinal Plants: Main cultivation, harvesting, and handling techniques. This will be delivered in VIRTUAL CLASSROOM mode for a company in the training sector. **Main responsibilities:** * Zoom-based class instruction * Preparation of lessons using tools and content provided by the company * Grading of assignments submitted by students * Daily monitoring of student attendance * Reporting any incidents to team supervisors **What qualifications do you need?** * Higher Technician qualification or Professional Certification in the Agriculture vocational field * If no specific qualification related to the training subject is held, at least 1 year of professional experience in these areas is required. * Professional Certification in Vocational Training Delivery for Employment (or equivalent), or training in adult teaching methodology (minimum 300 hours), or documented teaching experience exceeding 300 hours, or university degrees in Psychology / Pedagogy / Psychopedagogy, University Master’s in Trainer Training, or other officially recognized equivalent certifications * Proficiency with various platforms: Moodle, Zoom, and CRM **What does the company offer?** * START DATE: 05/12 * CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary employment contract * MODALITY: VIRTUAL CLASSROOM * SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (9:00\-14:15\) * SALARY: €1,257 gross per month If you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
