We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in La Rinconada to manage daily logistics operations. Responsibilities include supervising goods receipt, storage, and dispatch, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Additionally, coordinate the team to optimize efficiency, control inventory through periodic stock counts, and maintain up-to-date records. It is essential to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations by implementing safety protocols and promoting preventive measures. Furthermore, internal procedures will be analyzed and improved to enhance productivity and reduce costs, collaborating with other departments. Proven experience in warehouse management, knowledge of WMS systems and computer tools is required. Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to solve problems under pressure, and leadership skills to supervise staff are essential. Flexibility to work variable hours and shifts is required. Occupational risk prevention certification is mandatory. Prior experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in similar environments. Leadership and team management capabilities. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in basic computer tools. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to solve problems and make quick, effective decisions.
