Responsible, organized profile with customer orientation. A 3-star hotel (3★) located in Pineda de Mar is looking for a **Receptionist / Front Desk Agent** for the tourist season. We seek a dynamic individual with strong language skills and customer orientation to join our front office team and deliver outstanding service to national and international guests. **Main Responsibilities** * Customer service at reception. * Management of **check\-in and check\-out** for guests. * Management of **reservations** (telephone, email, and online platforms). * Handling guest requests and resolving incidents. * Provision of tourist information and local recommendations. * Coordination with hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage). * Billing, collections, and cash register closing. * Use of **hotel management software (PMS)**. **Requirements** * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum **1 year of experience in hotel reception, front desk, or customer service**. * **Mandatory languages:** * Spanish (advanced / native) * English (advanced level) * **Preferred languages:** French, Dutch, German, or others. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Responsible, organized profile with customer orientation. * Availability to **work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays**. * Residence near the workplace.
