At Carglass® , we are seeking a Picker for our Distribution Center in Ciempozuelos , ensuring orders are prepared and managed with maximum quality and efficiency. Your mission Supply requested materials to customers following internal procedures and established standards, contributing to the proper functioning of distribution. Key responsibilities Order preparation according to logistics-generated delivery notes. Placement of incoming materials according to delivery notes. Reporting incidents (e.g., missing materials, inventory errors) to the warehouse manager. **If you hold a forklift license:** Moving cartons between bulk and pick locations. Unloading incoming trucks and loading outbound shipments. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse. Performing all necessary auxiliary activities to ensure successful job execution. What qualities do we look for? **Education:** Vocational training (FP) or equivalent. Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Training in environmental management, quality, and occupational health and safety (PRL), or willingness to obtain it. **Minimum experience:** 6 months in a warehouse setting. **Key competencies:** Teamwork, results orientation, initiative, flexibility, internal customer focus, self-motivation, and quality execution.
