Main duties include operating and supervising production lines, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established procedures. The candidate will be responsible for operating equipment such as crushers, juice extractors, and pasteurization systems, while ensuring their proper functioning and maintenance. They will also conduct quality control at each stage of the process, verifying hygiene, taste, and texture of products. Machinery adjustments and calibrations will be performed according to specifications, and detailed production records will be maintained for internal reporting. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 6 months of experience in tasks similar to those described. * We seek a dynamic and versatile individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. .
