This team is responsible for the following tasks: * Financial control of the Area, together with operational quality. * Predictive model management to improve efficiency in communications and other debt recovery actions. * Area reporting, with special focus on debt and collections control, as well as the Area’s MBO objectives. * Definition and preparation of both internal management reports and reports for other teams, supporting daily operations and informing departments such as Procurement & Contracts (PyC) and Finance about the status of customer accounts. **Your Responsibilities** '\- Data analyst with financial and accounting insight, understanding concepts such as debt, provisioning, collection, and debt reclassification. * Preparation of operational support reports, system reconciliation, accounting support, and debt management. * Incident management in BI. * Creation of operational manuals for information systems, integrated into Copilot Agents. * Design and development of Executive Dashboards and KPI monitoring dashboards using QlikSense and PowerBI. \- Advanced SAP ISU usage in Billing and Collections modules. **What Is Required?** **Minimum requirements** for this position are: * **Degree / Bachelor's:** Computer Science / Economics / Mathematics * **Required soft skills:** Collaboration, change management, resolution of complex problems **Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Selection Process** **This opportunity is open to everyone.** We value each person’s "uniqueness" because we believe that diverse perspectives and a plurality of experiences and viewpoints are fundamental drivers of innovation.
