We aim to hire an IT Technician and Technical Support professional to sell our services. **Description:** We seek a Network and Telecommunications Technician who wishes to join a strong, growth-oriented team and enjoys helping our clients overcome their technological challenges. **Main Responsibilities:** · HelpDesk and technical support for clients and businesses (resolving incidents related to hardware, software, and microcomputing). · Equipment repair and maintenance. **Minimum Requirements and Demonstrable Experience:** · Proficiency with consumer electronics: mobile phones, tablets, printers, scanners, etc. · Windows system administration in Enterprise environments (Active Directory, network drives, Samba). · Management and monitoring of backup systems. · Level 1 technical support for clients in computing and microcomputing. · Diagnosis and repair of equipment (PCs, mobile/tablet devices, antennas, networking equipment, etc.). · Basic knowledge of LAN networks. · Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical support and/or IT systems administration. · Technical education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Network Systems Administration (ASIR) or equivalent. · Valid driver’s license. · Proactive attitude, customer orientation, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to keep learning. **The following knowledge and experience will be considered advantageous:** · Linux and macOS system administration. · Virtualization technologies (VMware, Proxmox). · Networked storage (NAS/SAN). · Cybersecurity, LAN/WAN networks, and networking equipment such as Cisco, SonicWall, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, or MikroTik. · Backup solutions and NAS configuration. · IP telephony (desirable). · Microsoft 365 and Azure. · Virtualization: Hyper\-V, Proxmox (desirable). · Administration tools such as PowerShell**.** Salary: 21\.000,00€\-22\.000,00€ per year Work Location: On-site employment
