We are seeking a **Technical Solutions Lead**, a technical professional passionate about the industry and direct customer interaction. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Project coordination, planning, and client communication. * Design, implementation, and documentation of network, systems, and cybersecurity projects. * Technical support for managed service clients. * Analysis, resolution, and/or escalation of cybersecurity incidents.
