TEAM LEADERS – Main Responsibilities * Team and resource management: Coordinate technical teams, assign tasks, and ensure necessary training in Linux technologies (Red Hat, Ubuntu, SUSE, etc.). * Linux systems administration: Supervise the installation, configuration, maintenance, and updating of Linux servers, both physical and virtual. Ensure system security, performance, and availability. * User and permission management: Control access to systems, manage accounts and groups, and establish robust security policies (SSH, multi-factor authentication, etc.). * Automation and scripting: Implement automation tools (Ansible, Bash scripting) to optimize processes and recurring tasks. * Incident management and support: Resolve incidents, coordinate technical support, and ensure operational continuity of Linux services. * Quality and compliance oversight: Monitor performance, apply security patches, and ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations. LINUX ADMINISTRATORS – Main Responsibilities * Project planning and management: Define objectives, timelines, and resources, adapting to technological changes and client needs. Monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure successful delivery. * Team and resource management: Coordinate technical teams, assign tasks, and ensure necessary training in Linux technologies (Red Hat, Ubuntu, SUSE, etc.). * Linux systems administration: Supervise the installation, configuration, maintenance, and updating of Linux servers, both physical and virtual.
