We are looking to hire a **Systems Technician (Microsoft Environments)** who wishes to join a solid, technological, and continuously evolving corporate environment, participate in strategic IT projects, and ensure the stability and security of our infrastructures. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- You will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and evolving corporate Microsoft environments, actively collaborating in resolving medium- and high-level incidents, as well as in infrastructure and IT security continuous improvement projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** --------------------------------- * Comprehensive administration and management of the Microsoft tenant, including Entra ID, identities, security, licenses, and regulatory compliance. * Advanced management of the Microsoft 365 environment: Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, as well as security and compliance aspects. * Administration, optimization, and maintenance of SQL Server databases, ensuring performance, availability, and reliability. * Management of Windows Server infrastructures, including Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, File Services, and high-availability environments. * Configuration, operation, and monitoring of backup systems using Veeam Backup. * Administration of Citrix environments, ensuring proper functionality and availability. * Execution of basic and intermediate Power Platform administration tasks. * Resolution of medium- and high-level technical incidents, ensuring appropriate response times and service quality. * Active participation in infrastructure and IT security continuous improvement projects. * Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, as well as support during internal and external audits. **Academic Qualifications** ----------------------- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Systems Engineering**, **Telecommunications**, or **related fields**, such as Information Technology Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Telematics Engineering, or similar.**Required Technical Knowledge** ------------------------------------- Solid experience in **enterprise Microsoft environments**. **Advanced level** in: * Microsoft Tenant (Entra ID / Azure AD, Security and Compliance). * Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Information Protection). * SQL Server (Administration, Backup/Restore, Optimization and Performance) * Windows Server (Active Directory, Network Services, and Management of Physical and Virtual Servers) **Languages** ----------- English – B2 (C1/C2 level will be valued\). **Additional Assets** ------------------------------ Microsoft and/or Citrix certifications highly valued.
