We are looking for a systems technician to join a team dedicated to providing services. The selected candidate will be responsible for strengthening second-level support and managing the existing technological infrastructure. Main responsibilities include administration of physical and virtual servers, as well as comprehensive management of Microsoft 365 environments, including Active Directory, Exchange Online, and SharePoint. The candidate will also be responsible for configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN networks and firewalls. Proven experience of at least two years in system administration and second-level support is essential, along with solid knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper\-V, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. Experience working with monitoring and backup tools, as well as proficiency in PowerShell for task automation, will be highly valued. A higher-level qualification in Networked Computer Systems Administration, a valid class B driver's license, and availability for occasional travel are required.
