We need people to fill a field technician position for networks and systems at a computer company in Madrid with knowledge of network creation and administration, servers, virtual environments, etc. Our mission with the client is to be their complete IT department. The role involves solving incidents and performing maintenance at various companies remotely or on-site as required, getting to know the different client environments. Tasks range from solving errors on a PC to resolving errors or configuring new systems in physical or virtual server environments. Required knowledge: Windows PC and Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP), VMware, Hyper-V Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint) Synology NAS administration Equipment setup, configuration and hardware diagnostics Knowledge of backup environment configuration and management (Veeam, Acronis, etc) HelpDesk experience. Valued skills and experience: Networking and security (Cisco, Ubiquiti, Mikrotik) VPN, firewall and cybersecurity (Sophos, Fortinet) MDM, Microsoft Intune IP and mobile telephony Minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience and valid driver's license B Professional appearance, punctuality, teamwork ability, and knowledge of languages are valued.
