To strengthen our IT team, we seek a **Systems Administrator** with a technical, solution-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset. **POSITION MISSION** Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and security of the Group’s computer systems, networks, and servers, guaranteeing the availability, efficiency, and protection of the technology infrastructure. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor and maintain the company’s **software, hardware, and infrastructures**. * Administer and configure **servers and associated services**, including process automation. * Manage and optimize **LAN/WAN and wireless networks**, ensuring stable and secure performance. * Install, maintain, and provide support for **end-user workstations, peripherals, and applications**. * Analyze and resolve incidents, managing internal support requests. * Implement preventive and corrective measures to maintain **network and server security**. * Keep **technical documentation and IT department protocols** up to date. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Computer Systems or Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent. **Solid knowledge of:** * Operating Systems: *Windows 11, Windows Server (2012–2025\).* * Active Directory and hybrid environments (Microsoft 365\). * On\-premise virtualization (Hyper\-V) and Cloud-based virtualization. * Networks: *LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing.* * Databases: *SQL Server.* * Backup solutions: *Veeam Backup* or similar. * Security systems (cameras and recordings). **Valuable experience or knowledge in:** * Advanced wireless infrastructures. * Infrastructure monitoring tools. * IP telephony. * Migrations and administration in **Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS**. * Experience in virtualization environments. **Minimum experience:** * Preferably **1 to 3 years** in a similar role. **WE OFFER** * **Permanent full-time contract.** * Opportunity to join a **solid and growing corporate group**. * Opportunities for **continuous training** in emerging technologies. * A collaborative, innovation-oriented professional environment. * **Real professional development** within the IT department. * Are you a technically minded, proactive individual passionate about technology? *Join the CHG Group* and contribute to driving the digital transformation of an internationally oriented group.
