Within this unit, we support organizations in their transformation toward intelligent enterprises by connecting processes, departments, and functions through comprehensive enterprise management solutions. Additionally, we optimize internal processes and operations and facilitate decision-making through advanced tools for data acquisition and exploitation. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- You will lead implementation projects and perform configuration, optimization, and support of SuccessFactors systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design customized solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Facilitating discovery workshops and process mapping sessions with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Hiring Managers. * Configuring Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing (desirable), Onboarding 2\.0, RBP, Business Rules, Data Models, People Analytics (desirable), and XML templates. * Designing and testing integrations with job portals, digital signature systems, background verification solutions, and Core HR systems (Employee Central, SAP HCM, UKG, etc.). * Preparing and executing testing cycles (SIT/UAT), developing test scripts, managing defects, and coordinating the cut\-over. * Creating and updating functional/technical documentation and training materials for administrators and end users. * Participating in effort estimations and commercial proposals, contributing insights on scope, risks, and work plans. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **University degree** in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. * **Advanced English proficiency**, especially for international projects. * **Experience:** 3\-5 years of end-to-end experience in ONB and/or RCM module projects. * **Desirable:** Knowledge of other SF modules (Employee Central, LMS, Compensation) or complementary suites (Qualtrics, UKG). #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
