




Position Summary: Responsible for the implementation, functional administration, and advanced use of Smart Materials in EPC projects and proposals, ensuring full traceability across the material lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the implementation and deployment of Smart Materials in EPC projects. 2. Expert functional administrator of Smart Materials and materials management. 3. Expert support in MTO/MR definition and materials planning. **Job Responsibilities/Functions:** Responsible for the implementation, functional administration, and advanced use of the Smart Materials tool in EPC projects and proposals. Key responsibilities: * Lead the implementation and deployment of Smart Materials in EPC projects and proposals. * Serve as the functional administrator of Smart Materials (configuration, catalog definition and maintenance, coding, roles, permissions, and workflows). * Define and govern the materials management model within the tool, aligned with the area’s EPC model. * Ensure full traceability across the material lifecycle (engineering \- procurement \- logistics \- construction \- closeout) via Smart Materials. * Provide expert support to projects and proposals on MTO/MR definition, master lists, material structures, and materials planning and control. Standardize material structures, coding, and master lists (MTO/MR). * Identify risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement in digital materials management. * Develop procedures, guidelines, and best practices for Smart Materials usage. * Train and provide functional support to key users and project teams. * Coordinate with IT and vendors for support, evolutionary enhancements, and integrations. * Serve as the liaison between business, projects, and digitalization initiatives to integrate Smart Materials into EPC workflows. **Required/Minimum Academic Qualification:** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent. **Required Experience:** Minimum 5 years in EPC projects. Experience as a materials management tool administrator in EPC environments; in-depth knowledge of EPC workflows and their digitalization (engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction); experience supporting international projects and multi-user environments. **Tool(s):** Smart Materials (Intergraph): expert-level and administrator proficiency; Office; PowerBI is a plus; ERP system(s). **Languages:** English minimum level B2.
