




**Join our ServiceDesk team at NexTReT!** We are looking for a system operator to join our 24x7 ServiceDesk team, composed of 12 professionals. **What will you do at NexTReT?** Your mission will be to provide high-quality support for NexTReT's systems and those of our clients. * Monitoring services, devices, infrastructures, and applications. * Notification, escalation of requests and incidents. * Procedure-driven operations. * Creation and updating of procedures. * Preparation of reports with guidance procedures. * Centralized online user support. **How do we envision you?** * Attitude and willingness to learn. * We are looking for someone with vocational training in a technical field. * With one to two years of experience in a similar role (Helpdesk, technical support, operator, administrator...) * It will be an advantage if you have knowledge of English and Catalan. **What do we offer?** * Contract: Indefinite. * Schedule: Rotating shifts including mornings (7am\-3:15pm), afternoons (3pm\-11:15pm), and nights (11pm\-7:15am), covering Mondays through Sundays and holidays.
