Join us and build a unique experience and a better world for everyone. **The opportunity**: In the **FAIT (EY Financial Audit IT)** department, from day one you will get to know the technological environments of major national companies whose financial statements are audited by EY, and evaluate the implemented controls for managing their various technology-related risks, conducting interviews with the CIOs and key personnel of these organizations. The main objective of EY’s team of more than 1,000 auditors in Spain is to add value by viewing auditing as a management tool for company leadership, identifying client needs and objectives, associated financial risks, and critical success factors for the business. As an EY professional, you will use cutting-edge technology to develop customized plans for each organization, focusing on the business areas most significant to financial statements and crucial when analyzing risk profiles for the organization. Your main **responsibilities** will include: * **Understanding the IT environment of the companies we audit**: Identify the technological platform (systems, applications, databases, etc.) related to the companies’ financial statements through interviews with various technology department leaders and analysis of provided documentation. * **Validating existing controls**: Evaluate the design, implementation, and effectiveness of established controls addressing risks in logical security, communications, application development, system operations (ITGCs), business processes and their applications (ITACs), among others. * **Perform automated testing**: Verify the operation, calculations, integrity, and consistency of specific business processes through simulation using CAATs (Computer Assisted Auditing Techniques) and software tools such as ACL, IDEA, Alteryx, etc. * **Provide improvement recommendations**: Based on your findings, advise clients on how to address weaknesses and enhance controls within their technological platforms. **What profile are we looking for?** **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or MBA or finance/business administration with strong interest in technology. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT audit or IT consulting. * Competency profile: Candidates must be team-oriented, outgoing, with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
