We are looking for a **Senior Linux Cloud Systems Administrator** to maintain and manage our clients' systems and to oversee our private cloud infrastructure based on Proxmox. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Managing daily operations for clients and their cloud infrastructures. * Proactive and reactive monitoring and resolution of any incidents. * Working with various Infrastructure-as-a-Service providers. * Creating new environments for clients and providing support throughout different phases. * You will be responsible for testing and certifying new versions of technologies within our stack (e.g., PHP, PostgreSQL, Redis…), ensuring their secure and stable integration into the infrastructure, and updating the corresponding IaC repositories. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, primarily managing high-availability infrastructure, particularly load balancing, replication, failover, etc. * Advanced knowledge of Linux, preferably in Ubuntu environments. * Experience handling, configuring, and managing virtualization systems, especially Proxmox. * Technical stack: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Nginx, CDN technology, haproxy (load balancers), ElasticSearch and/or OpenSearch, Redis, Varnish, PHP (at configuration and optimization level, not development). These technical skills will be verified. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning and configuration, preferably using Ansible. * Experience in application deployment or collaborating in the deployment process with the development team. * Management and configuration of monitoring systems (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or others). * Knowledge of backup management and file and database recovery. * Scripting in bash and/or python to automate server tasks. * Enjoy working in a team and sharing knowledge. * Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously (different clients). **What do we value?** * Experience with 24x7 support * Direct customer support experience * Experience in system hardening, firewall management (pfSense, iptables, nftables), and compliance with regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) * Knowledge of e\-commerce software (Magento, Prestashop, WooCommerce, etc.), ERP systems (Odoo), and PHP frameworks such as Laravel or similar. * Familiarity with public clouds such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Experience using and configuring WAF (Web Application Firewall). * Experience implementing anti\-DDOS measures. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or others). * Fluent communication skills. * Strong written and oral comprehension. **What we offer** * Permanent, full-time contract * **100% remote work** mode * Work schedule from Monday to Thursday: 8:45 to 18:00 with 1 hour for lunch, or 9:00 to 18:00 with 45 minutes for lunch; Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00\. * Reduced working hours during August * We are big fans of flexibility and work-life balance, so you’ll be able to adjust your daily routine.
