**Work Mode:** 100% Remote At Excelia, we are seeking a Salesforce Security Analyst focused on the operational execution of security controls, continuous monitoring, and compliance activities within the Salesforce Security Service. Your mission will be to ensure visibility into the security posture, support incident response, and contribute to the ongoing mitigation of risks across our Salesforce environments. Your Responsibilities * Execute vulnerability and configuration reviews (permissions, APIs, system integrations). * Conduct daily and weekly monitoring of Salesforce orgs using Security Center, Shield Event Monitoring, and associated tools. * Support the implementation of security policies and guidelines, ensuring alignment across multiple orgs. * Manage and maintain security documentation: risk register, access review reports, control evidence, audit records. * Perform user access reviews, validating profiles and permission sets according to Excelia’s IAM standards. * Participate in initial incident triage and investigations in coordination with central security teams. * Track remediation actions following hardening exercises and risk assessments. * Prepare compliance reports and dashboards (KPIs, audit evidence) for management. * Support the Salesforce Security Architect in testing new security tools or configurations. * Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and security stakeholders during deployments and improvements. Mandatory Requirements 3–5 years of technical or administrative experience with Salesforce, including exposure to security topics. Practical experience with Salesforce Shield, Security Center, or other security modules. Familiarity with configuration auditing, permission set management, and event log analysis. Knowledge of security frameworks and controls (e.g., least privilege, access management, segregation of duties). Analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong documentation practices. Comfort working in international, multi-org environments. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have) **Salesforce Certifications:** * Administrator / Advanced Administrator * Security & Identity Specialist (nice-to-have) Security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+) Prior experience in compliance, auditing, or security monitoring roles.
