




DESCRIPTION At Sg tech, we are looking for a **Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the functional management of Salesforce solutions, leading projects, coordinating teams, and actively participating in pre-sales processes, demonstrations, and financial closures. This position requires a combination of a **technical-functional profile**, **management skills**, and **strategic vision**, focused on delivering value both to clients and to the internal team. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate Salesforce teams, including **career path management** and objective tracking. * **Direct communication with managers and stakeholders** for project follow-up and requirement definition. * **Execution of proposals, demos, and functional presentations** for clients. * Participate in the **definition and closing of financial proposals**, together with the commercial team. * Ensure proper **management of closed projects and time budgets**, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, quality, and scope. * Collaborate with **pre-sales and business development teams**, providing a functional and technical perspective of the Salesforce ecosystem. * Apply **Project Management methodologies** in the planning and execution of various projects.
