Description

ALHIST SP specializes in software development as a medical device, complying with the European Directive 93/42/EEC. The design processes applied are aligned both with regulatory requirements and with activities included in the Scaled Scrum methodology. This makes ALHIST SP a unique agile development environment. Our vision is, together with Air Liquide Home Healthcare operations and through the solutions we develop, to achieve the transformation of the global healthcare delivery model—and, alongside it: \- Preserve patients' quality of life at home. \- Improve care and disease understanding through eHealth. \- Anticipate the needs of patients and healthcare professionals. \- Build a healthcare system that is efficient and virtuous for all. **How can you CONTRIBUTE and GROW with us?** The Senior Salesforce Solution Architect for Field Service will be responsible for providing overall mentorship regarding strategies and techniques for Salesforce Field Service solutions. Air Liquide Healthcare launched its ‘TechCARE’ transformation program five years ago, aiming to increase operational efficiency and launch new innovative home healthcare offerings by leveraging a global Salesforce platform and its so-called “core model”—a unified vision of an optimized, patient-centric journey. This platform encompasses two or more of the following domains in particular: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Field Service Management, Integration Cloud. In this context, the Senior Salesforce Solution Architect for Field Service will be responsible for providing overall mentorship regarding strategies and techniques for Salesforce Field Service solutions. He/she will collaborate with both Business and IT team members to detail and ensure product solutions support business needs—by adhering to strong architectural principles and Salesforce recommendations, using system resources efficiently, and integrating cleanly with the user interface and server components of Salesforce applications and technical architecture. What we offer: * Interact with end users and super users in the Air Liquide Home HealthCare organization (primarily Field Service users, or others as needed) to understand their business requirements across multiple countries; * Develop solution proposals addressing requirements based on standard or customized functionality within the Salesforce platform and its complex legacy environment; * Work with outsourced resources for projects/enhancements when required; * Communicate with other Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure proposed solutions align with global templates—or that differences are understood and approved; * Provide system administration support for all Air Liquide HealthCare Salesforce.com instances. **Are you the candidate?** What we expect from you: * You hold a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related work experience, or a Master's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of related work experience (software development and 5+ years of Salesforce application development); * Mandatory Salesforce Field Service Expertise: Advanced, proven knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (SFS) is required (formerly listed as a plus). You must possess deep, hands-on expertise in Core Salesforce, mastery of the SFS scheduling engine, and extensive experience deploying and customizing the FS App; * Technical & Performance Mastery: Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript, with rigorous capability to optimize platform performance at scale; * End-to-End Business Processes: Deep understanding and practical execution of real-world end-to-end business processes. You must be adept at designing architectures that seamlessly connect supply chain management, customer field service, and invoicing; * Complex Integrations: Proven track record of architectural design for enterprise systems, specifically focusing on integration with ERPs within complex legacy environments; * Certifications: Salesforce Developer and Administrator certifications are foundational requirements; Service and Field Service certifications are preferable; * Core Traits: Self-motivated and creative, with verbal and written proficiency in English. Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces is nice-to-have. Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform and familiarity with other clouds involved (e.g., Marketing Cloud) is a strong plus. It would be a plus if you also: * Are action-oriented and committed to consistently delivering on promises; * Can demonstrate leadership, strong points of view, business acumen, and understanding of complex global businesses and the challenges they entail; * Can manage ambiguity and engage customers in a service-oriented manner; * Are an excellent team player—open, honest, flexible, and adaptable. **Our Differences Drive Our Performance** At Air Liquide Group, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, customers, patients, and all stakeholders across communities and cultures worldwide. We welcome and consider applications from all interested candidates. We firmly believe that a diverse organization opens opportunities for individuals and teams to express their talent—both individually and collectively—and helps foster our capacity to innovate while living our values, acting for collective success, and creating an attractive environment in a changing world.
