**Ingeteam**, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to incorporate an R&D Test Engineer to join the R&D Department team of the PGA (Power Grid Automation) Business Unit in Zamudio. **Mission:** Following the strategies defined in R&D projects, you will be responsible for testing protection and automation equipment for electrical networks developed using the available laboratory infrastructure. Among your main **challenges** are tasks related to: * Developing validation test protocols based on requirement specifications. * Designing and preparing test environments. * Executing tests. * Generating result reports and presenting conclusions to the development team. * Creating and tracking incidents. Performing maintenance on test equipment. * **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Automation Engineering or similar. * English language proficiency: B2.
