Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to operate and provide support for networks and IT infrastructures, monitoring their proper functioning and resolving incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Network and IT infrastructure operation and support 2. Basic problem resolution and technical support 3. Management of computer equipment and new technologies We are looking for a person to operate and provide support for networks and IT infrastructures in Xàtiva. The main task will be remotely monitoring proper functionality, checking the status of equipment, systems, and communications. Responsibilities include tracking any issues that arise and ensuring they are properly resolved. Basic technical assistance tasks for systems and networks will also be performed, as well as management of computer and electronic equipment. Implementation of new technologies will be supervised to ensure smooth deployment and proper operation, along with monitoring the power systems of the infrastructure. All incidents, actions, and events will be recorded in available tools, and issues requiring advanced attention will be escalated. Reports on infrastructure status will be prepared, and internal security procedures will be followed. Collaboration with other team members will be required to address any contingencies.
