




On-Site Support Technician We have an opening to join as an on-site microcomputer support technician at the client's facilities located in Santa Caterina. The position is 100% on-site and focused on managing incidents and user requests within a corporate Microsoft environment. You will provide on-site support at the offices in Girona, ensuring resolution of incidents and requests related to workstations. The role involves handling user inquiries, maintaining equipment operation, and actively participating in service follow-up meetings. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and resolve incidents, requests, and inquiries related to microcomputing. * Provide assistance and support for work devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners. * Work in a Microsoft technology environment, both at the operating system and office suite levels. * Provide support for corporate tools such as antivirus software, decompression tools, web browsers, PDF readers, plugins, and Java consoles. * Deliver specialized support for corporate and departmental applications. Participate in service follow-up meetings together with the technical lead of the team. **Requirements:** Intermediate Vocational Training degree, preferably in Computer Science or Telecommunications, or equivalent education. 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles. Fluent command of Catalan, both written and spoken. Technical knowledge in Microsoft environments, corporate software, virtualization, and networks. Previous experience with the IT environment of the Government of Catalonia will be valued.
