




Job Summary: We are seeking a Networking Technician N1 to provide customer support, collaborate with Helpdesk and Infrastructure Projects teams, and handle network and firewall incidents and configurations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support to customers for network and configuration incidents. 2. Collaboration with Helpdesk and Infrastructure Projects teams. 3. Network, firewall, and security tool management, including Microsoft Defender. **Join the TIGLOO team as a Networking Technician N1!** We are currently looking for a **Networking Technician N1** to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting our customers and collaborating with other Helpdesk areas and the Infrastructure Projects team, performing the following duties: **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Handle network incidents (e.g., users without connectivity, slow performance, outages). * Diagnose basic issues (IP, DNS, gateway) and resolve or escalate them. * Configure basic switch settings (VLANs, trunk, LACP). * Verify the status of devices, ports, and network links. * Create and apply simple firewall rules. * Review alerts and respond using tools such as Microsoft Defender XDR. * Manage antivirus operations (scans, device isolation). * Perform basic configurations on Fortinet and Aruba Networks devices. * Support basic tasks in Microsoft Azure. * Document incidents and solutions. **What do we consider essential?** * Education in Computer Network Systems Administration (ASIR) or equivalent. * At least 1 year of experience in multi-client environments. * Basic knowledge of networking (VLANs, trunk, LACP, etc.). * Basic knowledge of an antivirus console. * Basic knowledge of firewalls. **It’s a plus if you have...** * Experience with Fortinet products. * Experience with Aruba products. * Fortinet certifications (NS4, FCP, or similar). * Basic knowledge of the Azure environment and Defender XDR antivirus.
