Monitoring processing, capacity, and performance. * **Updating**: Tasks involving technology and functionality upgrades, as well as reducing system obsolescence. * **Hardening**: Implementing required security measures and system hardening. * **Vulnerability management**: Analyzing vulnerabilities, updating, and applying security measures. * **Incident and request resolution**: Reactively addressing problems or incidents to resolve or mitigate them and restore system functionality.
