We are seeking a **Junior Infrastructure Consultant**, a technical profile passionate about the industry with at least 2 years of experience in NETWORKS and SYSTEMS. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Implementation and documentation of network, system, and cybersecurity projects. * Technical support for managed service customers. * Analysis, resolution, and/or escalation of cybersecurity incidents. Active participation in the team's continuous improvement. * **Job Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in IT project implementation or customer support tasks (L1 and L2). * Desired knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS), virtualization (VCenter, Horizon, FSLogix, VMware DEM), systems (MS Windows, GPOs, AD, EntraID, OneDrive), and networking. * Desired knowledge of Cybersecurity (Firewall, MFA, XDR). * Excellent communication skills. * Learning ability, motivation, and desire to continue growing professionally. * Customer orientation, approachability, and transparency. ***Positive considerations:*** * University degree or Higher Vocational Training in Computer Systems and Networks Administration, Cybersecurity, or studies related to telecommunications or computer science. * **CCNA** certification. * **Languages:** English / Spanish / Catalan.
