Ensure the availability, security, and evolution of the company's IT infrastructure, both physical and cloud-based, aligned with strategic objectives and budgetary constraints. **Key responsibilities:** * Installation, administration, and maintenance of Windows Server 2022/Debian/Ubuntu server, storage, and network components. * Management of cybersecurity systems and firewalls. * Monitoring of backups and data recovery (on\-premise and cloud). * Comprehensive management of Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Atlassian). * Development of automation scripts (Python, PowerShell). * Coordination with HelpDesk and external providers. * Implementation of information security policies according to ISO 27001\. * Creation and documentation of technical procedures related to job functions. * Support to HelpDesk in resolving complex incidents. **Competencies:** * Leadership and effective communication. * Time and project management. * Teamwork, flexibility, and customer orientation. * Results-driven mindset. * Agile problem-solving and critical incident management. **Essential requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. * University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. * Advanced knowledge in servers, networks, firewalls, and scripting. * Desired training in cybersecurity. * Advanced level of Spanish and/or Catalan. First Certificate level in English (B2\). **Desirable:** * Advanced knowledge in additional programming languages (e.g., Java, PHP, Ruby). * Management and execution of IT emergency drills. * Technical certifications.
