We are seeking candidates for *Level I Helpdesk Support* to join our team and deliver excellent service to our internal users. **Responsibilities:** * Handle and resolve daily user inquiries regarding technical issues. * Provide technical support through various channels: telephone, email, and chat. * Log and track support tickets in the system. * Perform basic hardware and software diagnostics. * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and peripherals. * Collaborate with other team members to resolve more complex issues. * Update the knowledge base with solutions to frequent issues.
