Your main responsibilities will be the following: \-Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networks. \-Manage support tickets by providing solutions to our users. \-Provide support and maintenance for the online training platform (Moodle/IOMAD). \-Document procedures and best practices for the team and users. Main Requirements: \-Higher Technician degree in Computer Systems Administration (ASIR) or equivalent. \-Not having worked, after obtaining the academic degree, in positions typically accessed with the same qualification.
