If you want to conquer the world with us, we’re waiting for you! **What will your day-to-day look like?** * **Equipment Setup:** Assist in hardware configuration for new colleagues (onboarding) and upgrades for existing equipment. * **Initial Technical Support:** Resolve everyday basic incidents (software, connectivity, peripherals) both in the office and across our stores. * **Inventory Management:** Support comprehensive maintenance and logging of hardware (PCs, printers, monitors, keyboards). * **Connectivity:** Collaborate on basic router and signal extender configuration to ensure stable network performance. * **Access Management:** Assist in user creation, email configuration, and workstation setup. **What are we looking for?** * Student enrolled in a Vocational Training Program (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Microcomputer Systems and Networks (SMR) or Networked Computer Systems Administration (ASIR).
